Supervision
Supervision that actually supports you, not just your caseload.
Whether you're navigating your first placements as a student, finding your feet as a newly qualified therapist, or you're experienced and simply ready for a supervisory relationship that goes deeper, this is for you.
Good supervision isn't a tick-box exercise. It's a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with why you came into this work in the first place. A space where your cases get the attention they deserve, your practice grows with intention, and you're held when things feel hard.
Here, you'll get more than a sounding board. You'll get genuine challenge, honest reflection, and a supervisor who's invested in you, not just in the time you share together.
This is supervision for therapists who want to feel supported in the work they do.
If that sounds like what you've been looking for, you're in the right place.
How It Works
-
Book a free 20-minute consultation call. A chance to get to know each other and make sure I'm the right supervisor for you. There is no pressure, this is just an initial chat.
-
That's entirely up to you. Sessions are available weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on what works best for your practice and schedule.
-
You can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session, whatever suits you best.
-
The initial consultation call is completely free. After that, a 1-hour session is £65 and a 1.5-hour session is £95. A student discount is available, just ask.
-
Payment is taken in advance via BACS transfer.
Supervision that fits around your practice, and your life.
Whether you're looking for regular support or something more flexible, the process is straightforward and built around what works for you.
About Me
I've been where you are.
I came into this profession with a genuine love for the work, and I've spent years building the kind of practice I actually want to show up to. I have an MA in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, and an accredited BACP membership. I'm also a qualified EMDR practitioner, and I lead a team of associate therapists through my own group practice in Ayrshire.
I know what it's like to carry a complex caseload while trying to protect your own wellbeing. I know how isolating private practice can feel, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who gets it, practically and emotionally. That's the supervisor I've worked to become.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'll be your biggest cheerleader on the good weeks, and I'll sit with you honestly on the hard ones. I'm not here to make you feel assessed. I'm here to help you feel genuinely supported, increasingly confident, and more connected to the work you're doing.
I believe supervision should energise you, not drain you. If you're looking for someone who'll take both you and your practice seriously, I'd love to connect.

Not at all. I work with students, newly qualified therapists, and experienced practitioners. What matters more than where you are in your career is that you're looking for supervision that supports your growth.
-
No, I supervise therapists across a range of modalities. If you're unsure whether we'd be a good fit, the free consultation call is the best place to find out.
-
It's a relaxed 20-minute conversation. A chance to talk about what you're looking for, see if working together would be the right fit, and ask any questions. There's no obligation to go further if it doesn't feel right.
-
Yes. What's discussed in supervision stays between us, in line with usual professional and ethical guidelines. The exception would be any serious safeguarding concern, which I'd always discuss with you first wherever possible.
-
Life happens, I get it. I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to move a session, and we'll work together to find something that fits.
-
This isn't something I currently offer, but feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss your specific situation.
