We offer a range of therapeutic services designed to support you

Whether you're seeking individual therapy for burnout, anxiety, and people-pleasing, or clinical supervision to build a sustainable practice, our services are tailored to meet your unique needs.

Our individual therapy sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you can finally stop putting everyone else first and start reclaiming yourself.

We specialise in working with millennial women (ages 25-45) who've spent their lives being the "good one" - the eldest daughter, the people-pleaser, the one who carries everyone else's emotional load. Our clients often struggle with burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing patterns that leave them exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from who they actually are beneath all that performing.

Using an integrative approach, we address both the thought patterns keeping you stuck and the deeper trauma responses driving the people-pleasing.

Individual therapy is available for adults seeking support with burnout recovery, anxiety, people-pleasing, and breaking free from perfectionism. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, with options for standard 50-minute sessions or extended 90-minute EMDR sessions for deeper trauma processing work.
